🌍 Borewell Ministry – A Story of Need and Hope

​

Our branch church is located in a remote tribal Government Colony, far from the city, where there was no water source. During construction, we struggled daily. For drinking water, we carried bottles, and when it ran out, we had to travel 3 km to get more. For construction, we depended on dirty river water brought by tanker, filled with debris and not suitable, yet very expensive. Because of this, the work had to stop.

By God’s grace, we were able to dig a borewell. Everything changed.

The borewell provided clean water for construction and became a blessing to others. To show the compassion of Jesus Christ, we opened it freely for nearby families and anyone in need.
Unless we experience the need ourselves, we often don’t understand the pain behind it.

 

This experience deeply impacted Pastor Syam , inspiring a vision to serve many more communities facing the same hardship.

This opened our eyes to the reality that many tribal villages in India still lack clean water and suffer daily.
Today, through our Borewell Ministry, we aim to provide safe drinking water to such communities.
